People ask us all the time hows the service on EVA Airways, Asiana Airlines or other foreign flagged airline companies like Air France. The answer is almost always…better then United, American or Delta. Its not hard to be better when the others have cut back on Economy class comforts and basic levels of service.

Air France just sent us this update for their new economy class menu and we were so impressed we thought we would pass it along. Did you know that your customers in Air France’s Economy Class can select from two gourmet hot entrees and enjoy our complimentary selection of fine wines and Champagne? And, as in France, all meals traditionally end with some fine cheese, desserts and a wide range of liqueurs.

Your customer can choose between two hot meals and enjoy Air France´s complimentary  selection of fine wines and champagnes, chosen by one of the world´s top sommeliers, Olivier Poussier.

Also, there is a  wide range of liqueurs, hot and cold drinks, and either a light snack or breakfast depending on your customer´s departure or arrival times.

If the flight lasts over 10.5 hours, a self-service buffet will be made available onboard.

Passengers will also have the opportunity to order specific menus in advance (vegetarian, kosher, etc.). If your customer is traveling to/from China, Korea, India or Japan, local culinary specialities will be offered onboard.
